Down Home is owned and operated by Peggy and Don Arbenz. Peggy founded Down Home over 25 years ago and partnered with her husband Don 12 years ago when her previous partner and sister retired from the industry.

Antique purchases are all final sale, all antiques are 100% old and have natural ware and tear which makes the items better in our opinion. If an item arrived damaged due to shipping, please email us and we will file an insurance claim with our shipping carriers.

New products have a 14 day return policy, email us through the returns page at the bottom of the home page. Please include your order number and contact information, we will be happy to exchange or return the items.
